Over 5 days, we will meet live for 60 minute guided experiential sessions designed to help you understand how emotions affect the nervous system and body. Each day focuses on a different emotional pattern connected to Traditional Chinese Medicine, including fear, anxiety, sadness, frustration, and worry. Through a combination of nervous system education, somatic awareness, breathwork, movement, tapping, Qigong, and practical regulation tools, you will learn how stress and emotional patterns become stored in the body, and how to begin releasing them safely. This is not just a workshop to listen to, it is a space to experience, feel, reconnect, and create real awareness and change from within.
