Discover the Root Causes of Shoulder Pain and Find Lasting Relief

Shoulder impingement is a common but often misunderstood condition that causes pain and limits your ability to move freely. This workshop dives deep into the many causes of shoulder impingement, from trigger points to myofascial blockages and neuromuscular dysfunction. You’ll learn to uncover the hidden factors contributing to pain and dysfunction while gaining practical techniques to improve shoulder health.

Why Join This Workshop?

1. Say Goodbye to Mystery Pain:
Tired of hearing terms like “tendinitis” or “arthritis” without clear solutions? This workshop helps you pinpoint the true causes of your shoulder pain and equips you with actionable steps for relief.

2. Understand Your Body Like Never Before:
Learn to assess the neuromuscular function of the shoulder girdle, arm, and hand. Identify how compressed tendons, irritated bursa, or tight muscles with trigger points contribute to your discomfort.

3. Expert Guidance, Real Results:
We will teach you how to reset tension, restore range of motion, and prevent recurring injuries using proven methods grounded in functional neurology and myofascial science.

Shoulder impingement is a common condition that occurs when the structures within the shoulder joint become compressed, leading to pain and restricted movement. This often results from the compression of the rotator cuff tendons and the subacromial bursa against the acromion bone during certain arm movements.

Do you want to uncover the hidden causes behind your shoulder discomfort and learn effective ways to alleviate it?

The rotator cuff, a group of muscles and tendons surrounding the shoulder joint, plays a crucial role in stabilizing and facilitating various arm movements.

When the available space within the shoulder narrows, such as in cases of repetitive overhead activities or anatomical variations, the tendons and bursa can become pinched, causing irritation and inflammation. Individuals with shoulder impingement may experience pain, weakness, and limited range of motion, particularly when lifting their arms.

Tight muscles that have neuromuscular blockages can make you susceptible to injuries and chronic problems and in turn these injuries can cause further trigger points in the muscles that are compensating and assisting, leading to a cycle of pain.

Clients suffering from shoulder impingement pain, very often may be diagnosed with general terms such as arthritis, tendinitis, or rotator cuff syndrome without the true cause being identified. Trigger points or neuromuscular blockages in one or more muscles may often provide much relief.

Are you ready to break free from shoulder impingement pain and discover lasting relief?

Learn to test the functional neurology of the shoulder to identify the neuromuscular causes of shoulder impingement and find ways to relief pain.
