Is This You?
Do you feel sharp, nagging pain every time you pick up a bag, type an email, or pour a cup of tea?
Have you tried stretches, creams, or even medications—only to have the pain return again and again?
Whether you are a Pilates instructor, physiotherapist, bodyworker, or simply someone trying to live pain-free—this workshop will change the way you understand your body.
👉🏽Are you tired of nagging wrist and elbow pain holding you back? Whether it is typing at a desk, lifting weights, or daily tasks, discomfort in these joints can disrupt your life.
This workshop dives deep into the often-overlooked neuromuscular causes of pain, helping you break free from the cycle of discomfort and stiffness.
The Problem Is Not Always Where It Hurts
We have been taught to treat the site of pain—but what if your elbow discomfort is actually rooted in your shoulder's neurology?
Or your wrist pain stems from deeper fascial blockages?
Repetitive strain, poor posture, and compensatory movement patterns often create neuromuscular dysfunctions that traditional treatments miss.
This workshop exposes the real causes—and teaches you how to fix them.
What You Will Learn
✅ How to identify hidden trigger points and myofascial blockages impacting wrist and elbow function.
✅ The neurological links between shoulder dysfunction and joint pain further down the arm.
✅ Hands-on techniques to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and prevent future injuries.
✅ A whole-body approach to pain relief—so you are not chasing symptoms anymore.
Discover how neuromuscular insights can transform the way you move.

Elbow and wrist pain can be disruptive, affecting everyday activities that rely heavily on these joints.
Common causes of such discomfort include repetitive motion, overuse injuries, inflammation, and conditions like tennis or golfer's elbow and carpal tunnel syndrome.
The elbow, a hinge joint, facilitates movements crucial for daily tasks, while the wrist, a complex joint, plays a pivotal role in various fine motor skills.
👉🏽Repetitive motions or improper ergonomics can lead to strain on the tendons and ligaments surrounding these joints, resulting in pain, stiffness, and reduced range of motion.
Identifying the specific activities or conditions contributing to the discomfort is key to effective management.
Tight muscles that have neuromuscular blockages can make you susceptible to injuries and chronic problems and in turn these injuries can cause further trigger points in the muscles that are compensating and assisting, leading to a cycle of pain.
Clients suffering from elbow, wrist or hand pain, very often may be diagnosed with general terms such as arthritis, tendinitis, or tennis elbow syndrome without the true cause being identified.
Trigger points or neuromuscular blockages in one or more muscles may often provide much relief.
Learn to test the functional neurology of the shoulder to identify the neuromuscular causes of pain in the wrist and elbow.
Reclaim your range of motion. End the cycle of pain.
