As part of your experience, you will join a 12-week live program starting on Tuesday, 30 September 2025, and finishing on Friday, 19 December 2025.
We will meet twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays at 18:30 CET for 60-minute live group sessions via Zoom. These calls will guide you step by step through resetting your relationship with food, boosting your energy, and creating sustainable fat loss. They will be recorded in case you miss a live call.
In addition to our live sessions, you will receive a daily email with practical tasks and prompts. These small, consistent actions will keep you focused and moving forward without overwhelm. Each message is designed to help you stay connected to your goals and remind you of the simple steps that lead to real change.
You will also have access to an accountability group for the full duration of the program. This means you will never walk this path alone. You can share your wins, challenges, and questions in a supportive space where others understand exactly what you are going through.
