“Worth Every Minute”: How This Lower Back Pain Workshop Enhanced My Teaching and Personal Practice

I attended the Lower Back Pain workshop on 8 June 2024 via Zoom, which was without a doubt well worth it for a chilly Saturday morning. As a Pilates instructor, the information shared and practical experience (together with the manual)during the 2 hours provided me with the knowledge and tools for self growth which translates into adding value to my clients.
