Cooling Off Period
We have a 14-day cooling off period, which means you have 14 days after the purchase of a digital product (online course, workshop or similar material) to request a full refund, provided that you have not accessed any of the digital content you have been given access to (for example, via the B3 Academy app, or otherwise).
To request a refund, please email Learn@b3academy.co.za.
Partial Refund
If any of our digital products/services were reasonably inaccessible, defective and/or repair was not possible upon delivery or had a defect, we will consider offering a partial refund should you choose to abandon your purchase. Please contact Learn@b3academy.co.za and we will assist you.Â
Exchanges
If you have inadvertently purchased the incorrect item and would like to exchange it, please contact us at Learn@b3academy.co.za. We will consider your request based on whether or not you have accessed any course material and/or attended any workshops on a case-to-case basis.
