In this workshop we teach you how to activate brain-body biofeedback by applying neurokinetic techniques in order to ease lower back pain.
Lower back pain is a prevalent condition that can significantly impact an individual's daily life and well-being. It often arises from a variety of factors, including muscle strains, ligament sprains, herniated discs, or degenerative changes in the spine. The lower back, or lumbar region, bears the weight of the upper body and is involved in various movements, making it susceptible to stress and injury. Poor posture, sedentary lifestyles, and lifting heavy objects incorrectly can contribute to the development of lower back pain. Individuals experiencing this discomfort may feel a range of sensations, from a dull ache to sharp, stabbing pain.
